Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
1. Refunds Policy
- For the digital downloadable products we do not offer any refunds once the download links are delivered to you.
- In case you are not able to download the files, you can contact us at www.neophygitalinstitute.com (or) support@neophygitalinstitute.com, We will resolve the issue within 48 hours (or) make a complete refund within 7 – 10 days.
- For the digitally available products, the refund will be only entertained if the customer raises a ticket for a refund within a day. We will return the payment after due validation within 48 hours & make a complete refund within 7 – 10 days.
- We do issue a refund in case of duplicate payment or if we fail to meet our obligation to deliver the download links.
2. Cancellation Policy
When you use the Service you provide us with two types of information:
- The products once purchased cannot be cancelled unless there is a valid argument put forward by the customer regarding service quality or other matters of concern.
